How to Recruit More MLM Reps And More Customers.

Learning how to re recruit customers and reps and learning how to sell  are special skills that take time to develop. Few people enter our industry with these skills. Fortunately these skills can be learned. If you are willing to invest the time and effort, you can master these skills within a few years. Now, here are some things for you to do.  This is not rocket science, but if you do these things consistently, you will get better results in your business. 1) This business is a numbers game. Yes, having skills and training helps, but you can make up for this in numbers. By going through more people. Look for people that already have business experience, or even own a business. Many business owners like to keep their options open. Look for people that are already successful. As the saying goes look for those that want the business, not ones that need the business. Look for people that work on commission as they are used to performance based pay. 2) Identify a target market. Focus on people you have an affinity with. In other words, focus on people you have something in common with. This gives you common ground when you are talking to them. Here's a suggestion. Make a list of affinity groups you currently belong to. Once the list is complete, pick the two or three groups you want to focus on. Some examples could be stay at home moms, women in their forties, small business owners, network marketers, etc. 3) Get good at asking for referrals. Referrals are the lifeblood of any business. It's not who you know, it's who they know. People are leaders, followers, or doorways to other followers and leaders. You could create a referral plan like I have offered on this site. This is when you pay a referral fee to someone when a person they refer signs up as a customer or distributor. Give people a reason to give you referrals. People specifically you could call or send a post card to, concerning your referral program are a list of your current or former customers and leads. These are just some ideas you can us to increase your customer and rep sign ups. Other things you can do is work on your confidence if you need to. People want to join with confident people when it comes to signing up with a business with a person. Don't be afraid to get counseling if you feel the need to work on increasing your confidence. Also you can read books on confidence, and powers to persuade. I hope that these ideas are helpful.
