This is what these companies don’t want you to know, if they give you a lower rate, they lose money. They’re counting on your loyalty. This is not a scam or fake, it's real. For example: I showed my sister she was paying $279.00 a month on her PG&E bill, she told me no I don’t want to change companies because she has been with PG&E for over 30 years, so when I showed her, she would still be with PG&E and when she signed up with Steam she saved $100.00 a month that’s over $36000.00 over 30 years, and it wouldn’t cost a dime.
