**THIS POSITION IS AN INSURANCE SALES POSITION -- LEADS WILL BE PROVIDED BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE PHONE CALLS AND BRING IN BUSINESS FROM YOUR OWN SALES MARKETING. 

• Leads are from TV, direct mail and Telemarketing-your name or business mentioned three times on the call. Therefore they are waiting on you to call to schedule a sales appointment. 

• NO COLD CALLING!  Best leads and lead system in the industry. You are the first responder and will be able to cultivate leads generated through the system.  Interested responders will return the direct mail lead piece, or phone in to our call center to have an agent call/meet with them. They know what they are responding to. 

• Periodic preset sales appointments for large case retirement, college planning, insurance and annuity cases. 

POSITION INFORMATION: 

Requires a desire to work in a commission and pay-per performance based environment.  Position is commission with bonuses, over rides, residuals with retirement.  Will need to be able to establish personal goals that are consistent with agency goals and devise a daily strategy to meet those goals  Requires great attitude with high-energy teachable personality.

Sell Life/Disability insurance to protect the homes of your clients in the event of death or disability.  We provide and support a program in which you work from home or office and set your own hours as an insurance and financial representative.  If you are self-disciplined, teachable, and enjoy sales, we can coach you to effectively use and follow our PROVEN system responding to insurance leads. 

• Company PAID vacations to qualified agents with corresponding sales volume.

• Easy issue mortgage protection insurance, mortgage acceleration, inexpensive term, universal life, final expense, annuities, disability and unique "MONEY BACK" term life insurance. 

• Management and sales only tracts available. Two paths to run your sales business. 

Availability: 

Full or part-time insurance sales representatives wanted.  There are LIMITED openings due to our exclusive leads system. We limit the number of representatives in a determined area to insure maximum coverage and profitability of our representatives.  The state requires our representatives to have a current Life & Health insurance sales license. If you are currently not licensed, we will assist you in obtaining your life, health and disability insurance sales license.
