Introduction

Hey y'all! 

I'm Laura Bekkerus - I'm a beachbody coach.  I'm incredibly family oriented - genuine about my passion for helping people live a healthier lifestyle.  I got into beachbody when the gym just wasn't working out for me and my son to go to anymore - childcare there was a little to busy for him!  Now, I get to work out at home when ever it fits in my schedule.  I get meal plans written out for me that are easy to follow and a essentially a grocery shopping list to help me stay on track and achieve my goals.  The workouts and meal plans are incredible and have some real proven results!  The team that I am on is very "team oriented" were really a lot like family :) We do team calls every Monday night to help support each other as much as possible - we really cheer each other on in our businesses and in our personal goals.   As a pretty introverted person, its been nice to make friends through this business.  We stress the importance so personal development because living a healthy lifestyle is just as much mental as it is physical and nutritional.  Another thing that I have really enjoyed about it is that it gets my WHOLE family involved.  My husband and I spend more time together, my son attempts to work out with me - its probably the most fulfilling things I could have done as a wife and mother.  

We offer nutritional plans, fitness plans along with modifications.  As a company, Beachbody offers TONS of training resources to help get your business up and running and I would be there to cheer you on along the way and give you ideas and support.  This is your business, not mine - they are your goals, not mine - if you want it you gotta work for it.  I'm looking for people who are really collaborative and interested in learning as much about network marketing as possible.  roughly 80% of my business comes through Instagram.  I am continuously finding trainings and classes to help improve my social media skills.
