The products are basic and simple to take.

A little personal note... my kids are tiny little things, and I am always looking for ways to get them added nutrition. I tried the chocolate protein in a glass of milk... no joke, its as good as NesQuick! My kids love it! And I love they get the nutritional value instead of the sugar count!
