3.On that new page choose your country, South Africa, Check on the agreement

Why do I have to place a monthly AutoShip?

Your monthly AutoShip unlocks your earning potential and ranking.

I want to enroll someone that resides in a country that Trévo is not operating in.

This is NOT allowed in Trévo. Any enroller that does this will be terminated together with the new enrollee.

What does ORAC stand for and why is it important to my health?

ORAC stands for “Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity” and it is a proven, highly accurate method of measuring the antioxidant capacities of different foods. Antioxidants have a unique ability to fight the harmful free radicals that accumulate in the cells of your body. These free radicals produce harmful oxidation that can damage the membranes of these cells. What is the benefit of consuming natural fruit-sourced sugar like that contained in Trévo instead of refined sugar?

Fruit-derived sugar is known as fructose. Fructose is broken down by the body slowly which allows the body more time to react to the sweetener that has been consumed. This puts less stress on the body – including the pancreas, which is good news for diabetics as they too can have sweet-tasting things without the worry of a sudden sugar spike.

Unlike sucrose (refined sugar), fructose is absorbed in the small intestines rather slowly and does not stimulate insulin secretion. The low amount of insulin required in fructose metabolism, combined with its slower rate of absorption into the blood stream compared with sucrose, makes fructose much less likely to create the immediate fluctuations in blood sugar levels that can set off hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) reactions.

The natural fruit sugar fructose has one of the lowest glycemic indexes of any food – with a rating of only 20, compared to 31 for skim milk, 59 for sucrose (ordinary table sugar), and 98 for an equal weight of mashed potatoes. In fact, a mashed potato raises your blood sugar almost 5 times higher than a comparable amount of fructose.

What is the difference between TVP, QVP and GVP?

Group Volume Points (GVP) are points that a coach can earn from sales (enrollments, AutoShips, and bulk packs) from their 8 generations. GVP is not cumulative and re-starts every month.

TVP (Team Volume Points) reflect all volume under a coach in the single line matrix on a monthly basis, regardless of whose organization the coach is in. You earn TVP points from everyone under you in the unilevel, not just in your organization. TVP are comprised of AutoShips and Bulk Pack sales only.

Qualifying Volume Points (QVP) are assigned to a coach for any product that he or she has personally purchased.

What is a Downline?

Anyone who is placed below a Life and Health Coach in the hierarchal organization structure (enroller tree).

What is an Upline?

Anyone who is placed above a Life and Health Coach in their respective organizational structure.

What is the difference between a L&HC's Back Office and a L&HC's Personal Website?

- The Personal Website is a site that coaches are provided at the time of enrollment. This is designed to help facilitate to capture new prospects.

- The Back Office is where coaches are able to view their activity, points, and commissions that they may have earned. A username and password is received via email upon successful completion of enrollments.

What would happen if a L&HC fails to purchase a QVP order in a specific month?

The coach will miss out on any commissions that they might have been qualified to receive.

What is the Trevo Pay Schedule for commissions?

- New enrollments and upgrades are called weekly commissions. These commissions are paid out on a Friday, two weeks after the enrollment date.

- GV Commissions are paid on the second and fourth Friday of each month, the activity must be done the month prior.

EX. Orders from your organization placed in the first half of January will be paid on the second Friday of February.

Orders from your organization placed in the second half of January will be paid on the fourth Friday of February.

- Pool Bonus is paid on the second Friday of every month for the prior months qualification.

- Bronze/Platinum bonuses are paid on the fourth Friday of every month for the prior months qualification.

What is a leg?

There is one type of leg: Enroller Tree (Unilevel leg):

A personally-enrolled coach (generation 1) and their entire downline. A coach can have an unlimited number of legs in their enroller tree.

Who can I earn commissions from?

Every Life & Health coach that is on your first through your eighth generation.

What is a Grace Period?

A period of time from the date of enrollment in which a L&HC does not have to purchase a QVP order to qualify for commissions.

What is a Rank?

A title assigned to a coach that is based on their performance. There are two types ranks: A life time Rank (highest achieve rank within the company) and a Current Rank (previous months ranking also known as Paid Rank).

There are 20 levels in the recognition program broken up into four tiers.

What is the difference between a L&HC and an Elite Customer?

- An Elite Customer is a person who is using Trévo for personal consumption and is not interested in distribution or earning commissions.

- A Life and Health Coach (L&HC) is a person who is actively distributing Trévo and is earning a monthly residual income.
