Welcome to the JZ Weight Loss Challenge!

Our CEO & Founder, Josh Zwagil is committed to losing 20-30 pounds over the next 90 days and having the biggest transformation of his life! This will be achieved using a variety of MDC products, going to the gym daily, drinking lots of water, and eating clean. The challenge begins on July 1st, 2021 and ends October 1st, 2021. Participants have until July 15th to enter and then the challenge is closed.

Rules & Recommendations:

1. Purchase a Spray Director Pack on July 1st, 2021. Suggested combination of products is 4 Trim365, 1 Peak, 2 Core Keto, and 1 E-Cell. Each spray you can spray 8 sprays per serving and will last approximately 30 days. Best practices to use the sprays are to spray them under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek, and then drink a glass of water after.

2. Stay hydrated! Staying hydrated is crucial to powering your workouts and maintaining a healthy weight. For both men and women, drink 125oz / 1 gallon of water per day.

3. Document your starting weight and before picture on July 1st, 2021. If you are uncomfortable, you do not need to post it in the chat, but you will need it at the very end when submitting your transformation. Track daily and be proud of your progress!

4. Workout for a minimum of 30 minutes to 1 hour per day. Do what fits best in your schedule. The recommended workouts for weight loss include walking, jogging, running, cycling, weight training, swimming, yoga, and pilates. Pick the workout the fits best for you. The most important thing is that you do it DAILY and that you break a sweat!

5. Eat clean! This is a challenging rule, but an important one. Eat foods that are rich in nutrients such as fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. Avoid eating foods drenched in oils, butter, and sugar. Avoid eating baked goods, white bread, and processed foods. Allow yourself one day a week to cheat and eat something you love. Remember, progress over perfection!

Prizes:

Winners will be selected based on two criteria: biggest weight loss, or biggest physical transformation. Biggest weight loss will be a calculation of starting weight and ending weight. Biggest physical transformation will be decided based on before and after pictures at the end of the challenge. We will choose the top 5 winners who may receive one of the following: cash, social media & website recognition, special discounts on a new MDC brand launching, lunch & pictures with Josh Zwagil!

Your information will not be shared without your permission, it’ll only be used to track your progress through the challenge. Winners will be announced the first week of October after the challenge is over and all submissions are reviewed.
