The Power of creating a Vision of your perfect Leaders

Personally, I stumbled over the network marketing opportunity I am in, and I jumped in with both feed before I even realized it's earning potential. I was at a friend's house and she got super excited about these essential oils and company she had found and showed me her beautiful wooden box filled with Goodies. 

The second I saw them and smelled them , I knew I had to get my hand's on them and so my Journey with DoTerra began about 4-months ago. Through a connection and a powerful conversation, I was offered an existing spot as a front line Leader. I started to enrol people, and learn more about what I was doing and then, month 2 rolled around and I had received $ 350 dollars. I was unclear where it came from so I reached out to my upline and they explained the whole commission structure, WOW. I had approached this opportunity as a way to share my passion for natural medicine and aromatherapy in my coaching practice without realizing I had just joined a company that offers some major upside to those who can Master the Art of MLM and are loving the product. The next month I hit a higher rank and made $ 750 of extra Income! 

But in order to grow I recognized I needed a front line Leader Ship Team that shares my values, loves DoTerra essential oils and are committed and capable and excited to built extra Income or replace their Income working together as a group! I have always believed it to be true that there was power in numbers and running a multi million dollar company, I have always looked for people on my team that I both can learn from and that I can support and help to thrive.

So Why Vision? I believe in the Universe and the Power of attraction, what you radiate out, naturally comes back in. You want to grow your organization, that's what it will take.  Bob proctor said " THOUGHTS BECOME THINGS. WHEN YOU SEE IT IN YOUR MIND, YOU WILL HOLD IT IN YOUR HAND" . 

My front line leaders are passionate about elevating others and believe in the power of nature through aromatherapy and natural medicine. They know that they want to be a part of an organization that offers support and a team that stretches them to achieve success. They want a Leader that inspires them, so they can achieve both financial and personal freedom and do what they love! Growing together, celebrating together, crying together. Every business has up's and down's, but this Team and everyone in it, knows giving up is not an option. We choose to always move forward together, have each other's backs and share ideas to push the businesses forward.
