Hello, My name is Kelly - a personal trainer and fitness instructor from Suffolk.  I have been lucky enough to be introduced to an amazing company, BRAND NEW to the UK, which focuses on the health and well-being of the people around you.  The company launched in the UK back in May 2017 which is when I joined - Introduced by my friend and colleague Sam.  I was a very time poor person working split shifts, earning little money and constantly exhausted.  I could never sleep but was always tired, with no energy to train in the gym or even socialise.  Since being introduced to this brand new system 9 months ago, my life has changed a lot.   I sleep like a baby and have bags of energy every day!  I have also managed to replace a 5th of my income with the business opportunity presented and its amazing!   I now only work 4 days a week instead of 5/6 , I make money for ME rather than siting in an office making money for someone else pocket!  I work part time on my business while I work full time on my job, finding pockets of time to talk to people and share my amazing experience.  My dream is to change this so I can work full time on MY business and part or NO time on a job! 

The time I have got back has allowed me to live life and enjoy time with friends and family.  I can go out for lunch or coffee with that friend I haven't seen in ages, take time to spend at the gym or walking my dog in the snow or sun!  I  have also helped so so many people throughout the process. Weight loss, time with their families, better sleep and more energy, increased performance for athletes and people who train weekly in the gym, financial help for some who were struggling to pay the bills!
