Your Health Is The Best Investment

I am a 'health nut' and I've been interested in holistic and preventative for decades.  Early on, my interest was centered on weight management.  My premise was that if the body is receiving the right nutrition, then one could afford to minimize calories without damage to health.  That is still basically a core belief.
In my own body and also wider awareness - i realized that most people are lactose intolerant. Some of the protein drinks I had been using - include powdered dairy; so I had to narrow my options even more.
AND - I no longer wanted animal flesh in my body - due to many factors, not the least of which are antibiotics, steroids, etc in commercial farming.  So now I am vegan . .  narrowing the food options!   LOL 
Then I noticed the whole GMO and herbicide issues became a huge topic for those of us who are health conscious.  And I narrowed it further to organic produce exclusively.  
Meanwhile, I received a healing gift and began a holistic practice.  http://divinelite.net.  
It soon became apparent that my clients were getting pain relief and other benefits from the healing sessions; but that they all need a remedy for use on a daily basis to stay well.   
For quite a while, I knew that hemp is a healthy plant and that the drug laws prohibiting its use were not valid. I discovered 'raw' food restaurants in Seattle, WA and my body loved the food so much - I wanted to continue enjoying the healthy meals when I moved to Montana.  However, the only raw food I can find is salad bars.  So I learned how to do an amazing variety of menu items including raw non-dairy cheese cake, pizza, fudge, brownies, taco meat from walnuts, Italian sausage from pecans and so much more.  In the winter, I do more cooked menus such as soups, lentil meatloaf, etc.
This all sounds complicated and too much trouble for most people - but believe me, it pays off big time.  I look and feel better than most people 20 years younger.  The most important part of it is that I have a lot of good work still to do.  Being healthy and vital makes it possible to do this.
