Step-by-Step How to sign up for a B-Epic account

Signing up for your B-Epic account is super easy – however, it is by invite only. I will detail step-by-step instructions below:

• Go to https://www.bepic.com/arlenelavigre

Click on “join” or “create account” - top right hand corner (username: arlenelavigre)

• Select your Country from the drop-down list. Please note that registering from a country other than where you live will cause problems. Refer to the “International Shipping Terms and Restrictions” on the B-Epic Terms and Conditions page (for all orders to be shipped outside the USA).

• Choose the type of account you would like to sign up for – either “Independent Distributor” or “Preferred Customer”. It is free to sign up as a customer, however there is a one-time, non-refundable sign-up fee ($19.95 USD) for a distributor account.

• If you are prompted to enter a Sponsor Code, enter the username of the person who referred you to B-Epic. 

• Choose the product pack you would like to purchase. All prices are listed in USD currency. Each pack has a PV (personal volume) and CV (commissionable volume). In order to to maintain an active distributor account, you need to have a PV of 40 or higher. Order a 70 CV or higher product pack to maximize commissions and bonusses.

• Complete the Account details form (instructions below), then click the “Continue to Review” button – Your username, first and last name, email address and telephone number will be posted as contact details on your replicated bepic website.

USERNAME: Create a username that you will easily remember. DO NOT use an email address, special characters, symbols, non-English characters, or the “BEPIC” company name in your username.

PASSWORD: Create a password and keep it safe for future reference. Passwords are case sensitive.

FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME: This must be your real name as reflected in your ID document. The name you provide here will be listed on your account profile and used in business correspondence.

COMPANY NAME: This field is optional – only relevant if you are signing up as a company versus as an individual (DO NOT enter B-Epic here)

PHONE: Your valid phone number is required (incase you need to be contacted regarding your account or order)

EMAIL: Your valid email address to be entered here. Communication regarding your account or order is primarily sent via email.

SHIPPING ADDRESS: Default Shipping address where you are able to receive packages in as safe and secure area.

BILLING ADDRESS: Default Billing address matching the address to which your credit card is registered

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Default payment method for your account. Accuracy is extremely important.

AUTO-SHIP: Auto-ship is not required, however, it is designed to make it effortless to maintain an active account, by ensuring that you have an order every month. You can easily disable this or modify your order preferences in you member account at a later stage. However, you can choose to sign up with a one time order, meaning that you would have to manually place your orders each month in order to maintain an active account.

SHIPPING METHOD: Selecting “Default Shipping” ensures that your order is shipped to the address indicated earlier.

FINAL REVIEW: The “Continue to Final Review” button takes you to a page where you can review the information provided to ensure that it is accurate. If you need to make changes, do so before submitting the form, by clicking the “Make Changes to Account” button. Be sure to read the Terms and Conditions, then click the “yes” button indicating that you agree, then click the green “Process Order” or “Complete Sign Up” button to submit your application.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL: Check your inbox. Your should receive a confirmation email from B-Epic containing important account information that you should keep in a safe place for future reference. Should you do not see it, check the Spam Folder in your email system. If you do not receive it, contact Member Support. Log back into your account to ensure that all information is correct and to track your order.

IMPORTANT: If you experience a glitch in the system when signing up (e.g., you are sent to a blank form after you have already filled out and submitted one), DO NOT fill out and submit the form again (because doing so will cause a duplicate account to be created - and duplicate billing, if applicable). Instead, immediately contact Member Support for assistance (you’ll need to provide them with the username you just created and the type of internet browser you’re using).
