20 in 30! The real reasons you may struggle to succeed.

No matter what your business is, whether it's all about nutrition, health, wellbeing products or whether it is focussed on investing money into systems with different types of currency or maybe you are selling or promoting skin care, make -up and beauty products? The same points of success are valid.

There are several reasons of why you belong to the company you do and why you sell or promote the products and services you do. I have spent time asking people this question and the most common answer is........'I joined this company because I have used the products and love them'. Most people were prospected as customers before they even considered becoming a distributor.

However, the reason that you chose to become a Network Marketer is most likely to give a completely different answer....'I am not happy in my job and I am not looking forward to working for somebody else for the rest of my working career', 'I have no time with my family and I want to be able to create a future where I no longer have to be away from the home for 10 - 12 hours of the day' or maybe it's 'I have always struggled to make ends meat from month to month and I am no longer happy working so hard for so little in return'.

These are all amazing reasons to take up the challenge to make a difference for yourself in your own life. Unfortunately, pushing products or services isn't going to give you the life that you want. Selling weight loss shakes or health supplements or skin care products or make-up isn't going to earn you enough money to be able to have  time or financially freedom! It's a fact. Don't get me wrong, the earnings in commissions can be quite generous and with some company's you will be able to quit your job and work from home but, and it's a big but, you will still have to work just as hard and just as long as you did in your regular job.

Here is the secret.....you will only be financially free when you have built up a team big enough where you will benefit from their work too. The many people I have spoke to have all mentioned that they love selling product and they don't mind suggesting things to friends and family who then buy from them. The thing that they find most daunting is recruiting people to the business.

If your main reason for becoming a Network Marketer was to create a future for yourself but you aren't recruiting then you are not going to be able to reach your goal and all of your efforts will most likely be for nothing and in 3, 6, 12 or  even 48 months time you will still be sat behind the same desk you are now. Yes, you may have enjoyed a couple of extra holidays and you may now drive an upgraded version of your car! But, is that what you signed up for? Was that your end goal? The answer is most probably....NO.

Don't settle for less when all it takes is a little personal development and a little extra effort.
