Some Oils and Their Uses
Do you ever get frustrated that it seems doctors are always treating the symptoms instead of the cause? That they chase inflammation, pain, headaches, and a plethora of other ailments instead of finding out what’s underneath all that and stopping it? You’re not alone.
That’s what Young Living is about. It’s about stopping the cause before it happens by supporting all the systems in your body without chemically overloading them. It’s not about treating disease, it’s about staying ahead of it: preventative maintenance.
The average woman applies 80 chemicals to her body before breakfast daily through four types of products: makeup, hair care, skin care, and soap. And we wonder why our livers are taxed and we are tired and have hormonal issues! It’s the yuck in our life. We are in constant chemical exhaustion.
About 6 years ago I had congestive heart failure. Since then I have been on around 7 different pills a day. Since I have been using essential oils, I have been able to drop one of the pills. I look forward to using other oils and being able to drop even more of the pills.
I also have chronic back pain. For about 8 years now, I have been on 4 different pills a day for that. Since I have been using the oils I have been able to cut way down on the pills.
My favorite oil is peppermint when I get sore aching muscles I rub some on the affected area and the pain goes away. Also when I am feeling tired or low energy during the day I can just open the bottle, take a long deep breath of it and I get an instant pick me up and have a burst of energy.
For my chronic pain I use Copaiba oil. It has the same properties as CBD for pain management.
For cuts and scrapes, Lavender is a good oil to use.
Shutran is a good oil made for men. It smells good. It boosts feelings of confidence. Shutran comes in an oil blend, a 3 in 1 bodywash and shampoo and also a beard oil.
Thieves is a great oil to boost your immune system and keep you from getting sick. Thieves also comes as an all purpose household cleaner, a hand sanitizer, and a laundry detergent.
I hope this gives you a good idea of some of the oils and their uses. If you would like to know more please send me a message.
