Retail Profit 

This is a profit you make from selling Longrich products to the people. Remember we are independent distributors so for every product you sell the company allows you to add a profit of 25% - 40% depending with how good you are at advertising your products. 

Referral Bonus  

For every person you recruit (introduce to the business)you get R450 once off as referral bonus. (within 10 working days ) 

NOTE: if they choose a rich pack worth R1500 

Performance Bonus  

The level you join the business with (Platinum 12% / Gold 10% / Silver 8%) determines the performance percentage salary you will earn for team's performance weekly. 

Development Bonus 

Development Bonus is paid 10% weekly according to your placement tree, spill overs are also counted.  

Leadership Bonus 

Leadership Bonus entitles you to receive performance bonus up to 12 generations based on sponsor tree and ranking. You start off with a Leadership Bonus of 10%. When you to the next rank it increases with 5% on every rank up to diamond 7. Then an additional of 1% from Star Director 1 to Star Director 5. 

Maintenance/Retail Order Bonus
