Young Living Essential Oils- Uses, Benefits, and Why You Should Be Using Them!
Hello, my name is Jessica Hastwell. I am a mom of two beautiful little girls, one 3 years old, the other 3 months. I am a school counselor with a positive outlook in educating and helping students find their success. And I am also a distributor with Young Living Essential Oils!
Why Young Living? Well, I was looking for ways to support my second pregnancy when a colleague and friend introduced me to the product. I learned the many uses of essential oils, and other products carried by Young Living that utilize their oils.
So what's the big deal with essential oils, anyway? Well, they are not a new creation. Essential oils have been used for thousands of years to support health and wellness. They are the natural constituents of plants that contain the therapeutic and useful properties in high concentration. One drop of oil contains a lot of power!
How do we use them? Well, there are three ways recommended by Young Living based on the product: Topically, aromatically, and internally. Young Living carries essential oil diffusers that disperse the oils into the air using ionic technology, no heat required. Oils can also be added to a vegetable based "carrier oil" and applied to skin. Our Vitality line of oils are approved for ingestion, via cooking, in drinks, or vegetable capsules.
Essential oils are a great way to remove toxins from our homes. This can be in the form of toxic feelings, as they can offer emotional support. They can also be used for cleaning, making your own cosmetics, and support wellness when used in conjunction with doctor recommendations. We at Young Living are NOT medical professionals, and cannot diagnose or treat illnesses. What we can do is offer support and information for overall health.
