The Philippine-based company was launched in 2005 by Dr. Eduardo Cabantog, Francis Miguel, and John Asperin and completely owned by Filipino Network Marketers. The privately held company's food supplements are manufactured by Nature's Way USA.

The mission of the company is "to open the doors of opportunity and prosperity by empowering our distributors to achieve financial independence and economic stability by maximizing the wealth of the market through our products and services." Alliance in Motion Global has five thousand employees and the annual global revenue of the company is currently unknown.

In order to become an Alliance in Motion Global distributor, you must purchase one of the company's business packages. These range from $179.51-$1,256.57 and are based on seven positions in the company's compensation plan.

The company recommends that individuals purchase seven positions at the $1,256.57 price tag. Distributors are offered six different ways to earn an income.

The company pays commissions on retail sales and direct referrals. Plus, the company provides financial incentives and perks such as match sales bonuses, royalty income, and more. The compensation plan is based on a combination of a binary, uni-level, and stair-step forced compression structure that takes advantage of spillovers.

The Dynamic Compression structure ensures that qualified distributors are able to earn bonuses on all ten levels without any breakage from inactive or non-performing distributors. For every new person a distributor sponsors, the distributor earns P500 ad 1,200 Product Points.

Distributors also earn 5 percent of product points for product sales made by downline team members down to the tenth level.

Perks and Benefits

Distributors receive 25 percent lifetime product discounts which are used to purchase products for resale to customers. Upon joining, distributors also receive a free medical checkup at affiliated clinics and hospitals.

They also receive travel incentives to the United States, personal accident insurance through Prudential Guarantee, and two to five years transferable scholarship good at 300+ affiliated schools nationwide. The transferable scholarship may be given away to any member of the public that the distributor personally knows.

Distributor Training

The company provides its distributors with seminars and trainings on a number of business topics. AIM Global offers advanced training on the importance of multi-level marketing in relation to the direct sales company.

Independent distributors also receive product training and learn the basic skills in operating a business. Distributors are given their own website page to keep track of team sales and transactions.

Distributors are able to claim payments of their reflected commission income in 3 separate ways. Daily payouts are available by ATM or by check on a weekly basis. Unilevel and Stair-Step Commissions are available around the 15th of each month by ATM.
