Three Questions to Ask Your Potential MLM Sponsor
Today, I want to share three questions you should ask your potential MLM Sponsor. I think it's vitally important to pick the right sponsor.
You want to work with someone who is serious, knowledgeable and willing to work with you. Do as much research on your potential sponsor as you do on the company!
# 1 How Long Have You Been with the Company and in the Industry?
When you choose a sponsor, you want someone with a proven track record. Preferably, you want someone who has been in the industry for at least three years and with the same company for at least a year. There are exceptions to this rule, but generally speaking this is a good rule to follow.
If you join someone who isn't serious and committed or doesn't know what they are doing, you are really hurting your own chances of success.
# 2 What Type of Systems Do You Have and Use?
This is a very important question to ask your potential sponsor. You need to find out what type of marketing systems, lead generation systems and training systems they have in place for their team. You need to find out how it works, how much it costs, and what type of results they have achieved with it. Remember, the system is the solution! Without a good system in place, your team won't be able to duplicate.
# 3 How Accessible Are You?
You want someone who will answer the phone when you call during office hours. You want someone who will respond to voicemails and emails within 24 hours. If your potential sponsor is slow to call you back, or doesn’t respond at all, they probably aren’t the right match for you.
Ideally, you want to work with someone who is doing the business full-time, since they won't be busy at their day job, and they will have time to answer your questions and support you.
BONUS QUESTION
Who have you helped achieved success with the company? This is a quick way to find out if they have duplicated their own success in the business.
Final Thoughts
Other than picking the right company at the right time, picking the right sponsor is the second most important thing you can do. A good sponsor will have the experience, knowledge and resources to help you succeed.
