For sale: very successful network marketing business

There are times in all of our lives, when we stand at a crossroads, and decisions need to be made.

I have an amazing network marketing team in a highly successful company, a company that is older than 10 years - providing that stability and security you are looking for, and the good news for you, is I am looking to sell my mlm business.   

This team has over 100,000 people in the team.     It did over 10.5 Million USA dollars in wholesale sales last year (2020).   The business paid me over $275,000 US in commissions.    This is a true residual income business, with monthly autoships.   

The compensation plan is a binary hybrid.   Taking both a uni level concept, and a binary, and merging them together.    Compensation is paid weekly.   

Sometimes in this great industry, you can be happy where you are, but there is a longing, deep within your heart of hearts, for more meaning in what you are doing.  A new fire is being lit.  A new passion.   A new dream.  And you just know that you know that you know, it is time to move on.   

I've seen a lot in MLM.....  a lot.  25 years in the industry - top income earner in all 5 companies I've been part of.    4 out of 5 of the companies I was with in the past - there were issues.   Serious issues.      Sometimes the higher you go in a company, the more you know, and you wish you didn't know.   This has been my experience in the past, in companies where pride, ego, greed, love of money, led the way.    Where lack of integrity was the norm.  

My last company, was refreshingly different.    And it is this business with this company that I am wanting to sell.

I am sure you may be asking, why would someone that earned more than $250,000. US last year, be looking to sell their business?    

Simply, it isn't about what I am leaving behind, it is about what lies in front of me.  It is about what I am going to.  My teams and people are happy where they are.    I won't be bringing them with me.  

My heart has longed for a home.    After 25 years, in the industry, I'm wanting to be part of something that is fresh and new.    A new way of doing mlm.   A paradigm shift.   Something truly life changing and life giving.  I've longed for a home in business, where I fit, where I belong.   My retirement company - my last company.   Where the compensation plan is designed for the 95% of people to succeed.   Where success is honoured and appreciated right at the very beginning of the ranks.   Where you don't have to wait to be half way up the ranks, before you earn a monthly lifestyle bonus.   

A company that leads with their heart.   A company that loves people, more than the money - a company that has designed a compensation plan that will reward the 95% of beginners/part timers - as well as the big heavy hitter.   Where people are not USED - but where they are set free from the normal constraints of network marketing, and where they will soar.  

In network marketing, most companies design their compensation plan to reward the big heavy hitters of the industry.    But they forget, or don't understand, or don't want to understand (because breakage goes back to the company) that it is the part timers - the 95% of the company that drives the volumes of the company.

This is why most people fail in network marketing.   The compensation plan was designed on purpose, for people to fail - so that the majority of the money goes to the big leaders.   Most companies count on this breakage.

I've made a decision to partner with a company that has a heart for the financially fragile.  Those people who are really struggling and can't afford to buy $180 a month  in product.     The pandemic has been brutal for most families.    Bankruptcies, loss of jobs, cut backs in hours of work - families have paid the price.  

In my new company, we are looking to put money back into your pocket and into your family, instead of taking money out of your family budget.

Forget the hype and what they tell you - do a business analysis - what do you need to do in your company compensation plan, in order to earn enough each month, to break even in your business?
