You know it and I know it. And we all had them when first starting this business and still do even afterwards.


But why is it that these hurdles exist in the first place?

What the real problem is, is the things we act under the impression we have to do or say to get people to check out our opportunity or products.


We sometimes fool ourselves into thinking we have to sound like the "used car salesman" or approach endless numbers of random people who we've never met to present a business opportunity.


Or we have to approach our friends and family with the intent to sell them on an opportunity in which we get the "stink eye" for doing so.


All these things are super intimidating for people and for good reason.

Don't get me wrong, there are some people with nerves of steel that will approach anyone at anytime with all the confidence in the world.

First and foremost, we need to step out of the "seller or marketer" mode and more into "problem solver" mode.

Second, we need to uncover the problems and the fears that those people have in their own lives.


And third, we need to clearly define how you can solve their problems with your solution whether it be your products or opportunity.
