As promised, today we’ll talk about messengers and automation of sales funnels with their help. We will not delve into the depths of the settings of WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram bots, we will talk about what is accessible and widely used by most, this is Facebook Messenger.

I said earlier that by correctly setting up advertising on social networks you will get a good flow of customers and partners, but they need to be served. Quite often, I use bots for this. Among other things, with their help I keep in touch with those who were not ready to immediately start work, who are still in thought, and also, with their help, I redirect clients to landing pages, thus bypassing Facebook policies.

The first 2, in essence, have the same functionality, and differ only in those who will find it more convenient to create their own bot. I like both, both work well, both integrate perfectly with the Facebook Messenger, and allow you to build multi-funnels or, in a word, sales tunnels. At the same time, you do not pay for each specific message, you programmed the bot, and it independently works with your clients according to a predetermined algorithm. At any time, statistics are available for you, at any time you can send an additional promotional message in one click, while it saves a large amount of data, and even if it is configured correctly, it recognizes speech (although I had to do this very rarely).

If you use a bot, you should take into account that your advertising campaign will change, and the bot should correspond on behalf of the business page (or public identity page) but it will not be able to respond on behalf of your personal Facebook page.

And so, what good does the bot do that we cannot do on our own? Well, firstly, he can communicate on your behalf, regardless of whether you are on the network or not. Secondly, he can simultaneously correspond with hundreds of people and have a separate dialogue with each, thirdly, he will remember that he needs to send a reminder, and also, at your command, will send messages to those to whom this message suits at this stage. He can also, on your behalf, congratulate you on your birthday on time, book an apartment, remind you of an upcoming event (webinar, call, meeting), clarify your presence and even accept payment if you need it.
