I am partnered with the travel industry, where all members are offered ‘FREE’ industry certified training and can specialise in areas of their choice. Options include honeymoons, Disney, cruises etc…

My name is Janine and I am from Cardiff in Wales, UK. I have worked in the retail industry for 24 years. In this time I have developed my skills to support and coach other managers to fulfill their roles. I have worked across different countries with a vast range of different people. My favorite project was working on a new concept franchise in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I supported the successful launch in Dubai Mall and Dubai Marina, before completing the Millenium centre in Abu Dhabi. I have great pride in building succession throughout my team and offer a professional yet approachable coaching style, well practiced in motivating employees and colleagues to meet specific goals and deadlines whilst leading by example.

I was introduced to a new opportunity in the network marketing industry. I have never worked in this industry, however as it was part of the $7 Trillion travel industry, it was a no-brainer. My passion is travel!

Rather than be afraid to fail, I was more afraid not to try. I had to give it a go. I am so glad I did.

I have met so many new friends and enjoy the new challenge this opportunity has brought me. It is amazing how many transferable skills we all have. So, If you feel like there is something out there that you are supposed to be doing if you have a passion for it, then stop wishing and start doing.
