I thought it was a good idea to bring on the staff. I was invited first, then asked to use my account because of the anticipation of a huge attendance. This is an incredible event and I am very excited to be here.

We now understand how important the ONPASSIVE revolution is. Many have tried to undermine our efforts but:

ONPASSIVE is here to stay and only God can stop us now. It is a done deal with incredible people to make this dream come to a reality. You are about to see significant impact throughout the world.

We are about to see a global change led by ONPASSIVE. There will be a life after ONPASSIVE.

Don’t get stuck by the details of the ups and downs of the business. We are doing all the work. If you don’t quit, you will be winners.

I wanted to take this time to bring in the African Community with some of our African technicians, along with the early bird founders.

Africa is rich and enriched by the incredible human resources. Some of the most intelligent and heart felt people are our African brothers and sisters.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a prime requirement for the organization.

It consists of 3 Major Steps:

1. Uploaded Photo

2. Face Detection

3. Show ID Card to confirm face and ID are Verified in the System.

Making the system as simple as possible, but we want to make sure everyone is validated.

Ash: We are here to see all is verified with real customers, products, etc. so everyone is validated. This is the company’s needs and all customers will be taken care of and all countries.

Ash: one of our primary African bombs, is Mr. Kamal.

Mr. Kamal: I am very thankful for all prayers for my mother. I have thousands of wishes. She is now out of hospital. I appreciate all the big African nation, it is a virgin market. Now we can have all of Africa available. Dr. Tarek told me that Africa is primary market to pursue. Thank you for all of your commitment. Everything is going in the right direction.

Ash:

Accounts are going to be willable, and we will be giving the simple process on how to transfer the account to the beneficiary.

We are still on track for moving forward. We had huge funds coming in from the purchase of O-Connect and the payment processors created a glitch. We sought legal help that has taken more time than we thought. Our goal is always to provide affordable and value products to the company. We shut down the purchasing of O-Connect until all pending commissions are cleared. It took about 50 steps to clear and down to about 3 more steps to go. Many other products are in queue. The September package was a trial package. I have learned much through this process. It is very clear from the beginning that we will not open more packages until all the back commissions are paid out. We are very close to that date. We will have multiple options for payments for different parts of the world. Debit card payouts for some countries, other options for other countries. This will help with funds coming and going out.

  Crypto currency and AI: the payment processors: crypto currencies are not regulated in all countries. We strive to fit a good payment for all countries. If Crypto is legal, we will provide solutions to provide that medium of payment. Right now we have a good start. Each round will provide more options

 Truly I feel Africa is a very uniting continent. There is good vibe and spirit here in Africa.

 Ash showed a Ted Talk video on the emergence of AI in Africa in the near future.

If you think African missed out on the other industrial revolutions, because of the intelligence resources in Africa can be in the game in the AI revolution as well. The type of AI that ONPASSIVE has for Africa is very simple. Make sure that all has access to the internet, this is 3rd after water and Oxygen.

 AI will put Africa on equal playing field for the young generations like never before. I think we are very close to that new era through education.

Through ONPASSIVE technologies this could spread very rapidly. Industrial, urban development, infrastructure, agricultural, and other sectors will be in the scope of success for Africa.

Dr. Tarek Tantawi Summary:

No one can deny the investment toward Africa. Africa is a virgin continent full of plenty of investments: mining, real estate, education, etc. with around 1B people. We have many connections in Africa, 50 some countries tied together.

The Egypt team is working on a massive project about education and administration. It will blow your minds; the first administrative website for English and Arabic speakers, how to develop countries, governments, and organizations all over the world. Egypt and Dubai teams are working on this Massive website, nearly to be finished after one year of work. This is one of the secretes to be disclosed to you only, now. It will target companies, countries, and government sectors and departments how to convert their teams into professional teams. It has plenty of topics to be covered; one million templets translated from English to Arabic and vise a versa., with about 1000 summarized books.

It is the first website to serve all over the Arabic and non-Arabic countries, targeting more to the English, Arabic and French speaking areas to cover all the potentials of investment in Africa. I spoke with Mr. Ash to start investing in Africa starting with Egypt about 3.5 years ago, and he gave me the green card to start establishing this in Africa. I am sharing only one of the projects we are working on that will turn the face of the world in education and business development.

  This is the first time the non-English speaker will be able to deal with business development with aspects such as strategic planning not only for organizations, but we have many templates and summarized projects for governments and such. For example, if you want to work with your government in a specific aspects of development, we will provide you with the templates, the case studies, and full information in one place to help your project.

 I would like to stress on one aspect. I am so proud to be an African. We trust ONPASSIVE and the teams in India, Dubai and Egypt under the leadership of Mr. Ash Mufareh, we work only for your benefit. This is our oath, word and promise to you.
