Why I Created Teamistry
I've been involved in network marketing for more than 30 years.
Like many people in the profession, I've experienced moments of excitement, momentum, and success. I've sponsored people. I've watched those people sponsor others. I've purchased systems, training, traffic, funnels, and tools in hopes of making duplication easier.
Yet somehow I often found myself rebuilding.
People would join.
People would get excited.
People would begin taking action.
Then life would happen, priorities would shift, and many would quietly disappear. Eventually I would find myself looking at another partially built team and wondering what I had missed.
For a long time, I assumed the answer was to become better at recruiting. I thought perhaps I needed a better company, a better system, or a better mentor.
Over time, I began asking a different question.
What if duplication isn't happening when people join?
What if duplication happens when people stay?
That simple question changed the direction of my thinking.
I started reflecting on the people who had influenced me the most. Interestingly, they weren't necessarily the top earners. They weren't always the best presenters or recruiters either.
They were the people who consistently showed up.
They answered questions.
They encouraged me.
They checked in.
They made me feel like I wasn't trying to build something entirely on my own.
I realized many network marketers never experience that kind of support. They are expected to provide accountability, mentorship, and leadership for others before they have ever experienced those things themselves.
That realization inspired me to create Teamistry.
Teamistry is a network marketing community built around stewardship, accountability, and duplication. Members experience support, develop leadership skills, and learn how to build teams that last.
To help people explore these ideas, I also created the MLM Duplication Challenge, a free 15-day experience designed for network marketers who are tired of rebuilding and curious about a different approach.
I don't claim to have all the answers.
I'm still learning.
I'm still growing.
But I believe there is tremendous value in creating environments where people consistently show up for one another and where leadership is measured less by rank and more by the number of people who feel encouraged because of your presence.
If you've ever found yourself rebuilding, perhaps you've been asking similar questions.
If so, I'd enjoy exploring them together.
