The founders of OurGV Inc. represent a combined 40+ years of building successful businesses from the ground up. Frustrated with the lack of integrity, and seeming unwillingness of companies to take care of their most important asset, their people, a decision was made to start a new company. One that would be dedicated to having a positive impact on the world we all live in.
Taking every last ounce of their knowledge and expertise, the long process of research and development began. After several years of painstaking research & testing, OurGV was born.
OurGV stands for Our Global Vision, and that's exactly what the founders have, a Global Vision of creating the most powerful business concept the world has ever seen combined with the finest and most advanced personal growth business training in history. All of this was put together to help give back to the world one non-profit group or community at a time.
They were able to accomplish this initiative through the innovative business model of "Affiliate Marketing" creating the world's first true "work from anywhere" business opportunity. The two main philosophies of the OurGV family of companies are "Make Money...Saving the World." and "Take Our Technology and Make It Your Own!"
The OurGV.com Affiliate Compensation Plan is much simpler than it looks.
The OurGV.com Business is a performance-based business that rewards people in direct proportion to their effort. The bigger the financial goal, the more time and effort an OurGV Business Affiliate will need to put into his or her business. With an OurGV.com Business, one can work as much or little as he or she likes. The rewards are based directly on the individual's accomplishments. Even though one can benefit from the OurGV Profit-Sharing system, in most cases it will still require individual effort to become successful.
To gain a basic understanding of how the program works, we must first take into consideration there are Two types of Volume and Two Programs. Those two types of volume are Shopping Volume and Business Tool/Service Volume while the two programs are Online and Offline.
What happens is really quite amazing, OurGV.com negotiates deals with stores, retailers, small businesses, etc. lets call these deals our "Partnerships". Every "Partnership" has its own % that is agreed to be paid to OurGV.com whenever our purchases are made thru the OurGV Shopping Mall, or the OurGV Offline Shopping Network. For the online program the numbers are simpler than with the offline program. Here we will discuss the online program, for more details on how the offline program works please see the Offline Rewards Section.
For Example: Let's say we have an agreement with a company, that they will pay us 10%. That means then, that if someone were to spend $100 (not including tax & shipping) at that store, that store would pay OurGV.com $10 (only if the purchase was made thru the OurGV Shopping Mall. Now with our compensation plan, everything is based on what we call BV's (business volume). So in this case there would be 10 BV's generated.
The Breakdown: Every BV that is generated is broken down into a simple formula. At least 50% goes to Rebates and/or Referral Bonuses and 10% goes into the OurGV Worldwide Profit-Sharing system.
So in the example above, there was 10 BV's generated, at least 50% or $5 would be paid out in Rebates and/or Bonuses (actually more), how much of that you would get, depends on your website package, status, and relationship to the purchaser, and at least 10% (actually more) of the BV's in this case $1.00 would have profit sharing paid on it.
SPECIAL NOTE: Website Package Sales, Business Tools, Monthly Hosting, and Website Package Upgrades, and A2Success Training Products & Services do not pay Cash Rebates, instead those percentages are paid out as bonuses. Also, Non-Profit BV's and Merchant BV's follow different rules than all other BV's.
There are several extra bonuses that come into play.

When shopping, the number of BV's generated is determined by how much money the retailer pays to OurGV.com. For website package sales, each package has a pre-determined number of BV associated with it.

SHOPPING BV
WEBSITE PACKAGE & BUSINESS TOOL/SERVICES SALES BV
Whenever anyone shops with any store in the OurGV.com online shopping mall, or one of our partners, cash rebates are paid out. These cash rebates start at 10% of the BV's and go up to 25% of the BV's. For Free Websites unless a regular shopper who makes a request otherwise, the 10% rebates are donated to the OurGV Top Charities List Quarterly.
Website Package Sales, Business Tools, & Business Services do not generate cash rebates. Even though BV's are generated, the person purchasing a website hosting package, or a website hosting package upgrade, or any of the business tool products or services will not receive any cash rebates on the transaction. Instead bonuses are paid out to the referring website. Monthly Fees do help Qualify for Profit-Sharing.

THE OurGV Worldwide PROFIT SHARING SYSTEM
10% of all BV's Generated Worldwide go into a Profit-Sharing Pool. Affiliates must be Deluxe Rewards Certified in order to earn Profit-Sharing on any of the BV's that are from Businesses or Non-Profits. Additional special revenues that are generated from Comparison Shopping thru OurGV on sites like BizRate.Com will increase the Profit-Sharing Pool. Other revenue generating tools like that may be added from time to time and increase the overall value of the Profit-Sharing Pool.
In order to participate in the OurGV Worldwide Profit-Sharing System, OurGV Websites must generate a minimum of 10 BV personal, and of course meet any monthly qualification requirements (i.e. once a status is achieved the monthly qualification is half what it was to get the promotion in the first place.
