Swissgolden First International Conference
The First International Conference "Swissgolden" has completed the "Golden Week in St. Petersburg" from (15 to 20 of September 2014) which was attended by over 100 delegates from 8 countries, namely: Argentina, Germany, Spain, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Tajikistan and ten Russian cities. It was held in the magnificent rooms of the historic Palace of Nicholas.

This building was built in the second half of the nineteenth century to the Grand Duke Nicholas Romanov and which now is the Palace of Labour, which expresses the main objective of our company - by working from home through the Internet, investing in elite gold becomes available to everybody. In addition, one hundred years ago, the Women Institute was hosted by the Grand Duchess Kseniya Alexandrovna which paralleled the representation of women in our society by its director Kseniya Kreger.

The first day of the conference on September 19th was held in the reception hall of the palace of Nicholas where a thorough and detailed presentation to the leaders on current issues concerning the development of the golden affiliate business.

К.Kreger talked about how to show potential customers the benefits of collaboration with the company «Swissgolden». M.Mikulasek shared his experience in the golden business on how to attract young people through participation in the "Golden Youth Academy." It was supported by E.Shakirov and D.Tovstopiat, who spoke of their youth motivational system through the business school "Millionaire at 16!"
R.Kvietkauckiene, R.Hasiatulov, O.Felkel, V.Tereshenko and NDArgilla and shared their experiences of the golden business "Swissgolden" in their regions and how to build alliances in international organizations, to ensure successful team interaction.

With close attention, participants have heard the leader of the sixth level E.Anisimova, who successfully works in the VIP and VIP Plus. This presentation, seemed to prepare the audience to perceive the main topic of the day - the organizer of the conference the Sales Director Ksenia Kreger has reported about the complementation in the company's marketing, in particular the introduction of the practice of the "VIP preliminar order" for the faster participation of the customer to a highly profitable VIP program, which was enthusiastically received by the participants of the conference. They also warmly received the information about the upcoming opening on November 9th of another European office in Stuttgart (Germany), where all were officially invited.
The first day of the conference was completed by a spectacular pop stars show of St. Petersburg and the first performance of the hymn «Golden Heart Puls».
The second day of the conference on September 20th was held in the conference room of the palace Nicholas. This day, participants continued to listen to the speeches of the leaders of the company.
O. Leyer talked about how she got the idea of cooperating with the company "Swissgolden" and how she was able to quickly build a large structure of international clients.
E. Kadatskaya was the main speaker of the day with a performance of the entrance to the mobile phase of the online business development, since for a successful construction of the affiliate business, you need to use mobile applications and new informational tools.
The main part of the second day was the awarding of certificates of "Company Business Consultant" to the students from the Training Centre of St. Petersburg "Swissgolden". Then, on the stage were given rewards of golden badges to the company leaders. (We remind you, that the award is given only to those leaders who personally participate in the official acts.
Then participants, under the joint action of the company's hymn "Golden Heart Puls' completed their work and went on a trip to the Golden fountain of the Museum and preserved area "Peterhof".
