This role is available remotely in all 50 U.S. states.

What You'll Do

• Attend weekly meetings to learn and discuss financial concepts and trends to provide insights that enhance investment management strategies.
• Collaborate weekly with team members and trainers to review client cases, track progress, and receive guidance.

You'll help clients understand and plan for:

• Retirement and education investment strategies
• Wealth preservation and asset protection through pension plans, annuities, long-term care, and final expense planning.
• Wealth growth and business owner strategies

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• State licensing is required to begin working in this role. We guide our associates through the process and provide support every step of the way.
• Commitment to weekly team trainings on Tuesdays and Saturdays is expected; flexibility can be discussed if conflicts arise.
• Professional presentation is expected in all virtual meetings: attire must be business-appropriate, cameras on, background should be professional or neutral, and meetings must be conducted in a quiet space free of interruptions.
• Must be coachable and self-driven, with the willingness to learn, apply feedback, and initiative without constant supervision.
