Financial Services Agents wanted!!

Primerica has been around since 1977, that’s 48 years but we’ve never spent a dollar on advertising, We’re actually the largest independent financial company in the entire country. We have over 150,000 licensed agents. We use to be owned by a company called Citi Group or Citibank and travelers insurance. What happened, was back in 2008-2009 when the real estate market collapsed Citibank actually took a huge bailout from the government to avoid bankruptcy and we said, this doesn’t look good. Our parent company just took a bailout from the government and we’re trying to show people how money works. So we actually went independent in 2010 in the New York Stock Exchange. Our stock symbol is (PRI). It started out at about $10 a share and in the past 15 years, even with all the stuff going on in the economy, it's gone from $10 to over $240 a share!! Just massive, massive growth! We’re a financial brokerage. We work with all different types of companies and we offer investments like Roth IRAs, 401Ks, kids COLLEGE funds. We work with Lincoln financial, American century investments, Fidelity, and lots more. We also do insurances… life, home, auto (we shop it out with about 30-40 different carriers) because who doesn't want to save money on their insurances, right? We’ve partnered with Quicken Loans & Rocket Mortgage to do mortgages as well. Lastly, Life insurance is one of our biggest pieces of all of it. We are actually the second largest seller of term life insurance in the country. Last year we put over $100 billion of new life insurance into force, just a massive company right? WE were actually voted the best insurance company in 2022 and the best employer for women over the past 4 years, because moms can get licensed and work online from home around their families schedules and still make incredible money. I want you to think about the biggest insurance companies in the country, the ones with ALL the money… If I was going to say to you the duck like Quack Quack who does the duck work for??? What about Flo.. with the blue apron who does Flo work for? Then there’s EVERYONES favorite, your boy Jake… who does Jake work for ???? So you would agree these are some of the biggest most well known insurance companies in the entire country, am I right? The only difference is we don’t have a duck, or a flo, or a lizard, or a general, or a Jake from state farm wearing Khakis. Our mission is helping families. How do we help them? Well anyone can get licensed with us and work part time or spare time on their own and make their own hours. The main reason we do that is, I don’t know if you know this or not, but the average bankruptcy in the last 30 years could have been avoided by as little as $500 a month in extra income. Isn’t that nuts? So when we discover a short fall in peoples finances, we offer them an opportunity to make some extra income. The next thing we do is proper protection insurances. Now I always say insurance is not sexy am I right? But if we're not spending a billion dollars a year in marketing & advertising, you can see how we give people WAY better insurance for WAY cheaper rates, am I right? And the last piece, the most important piece of all of it, is we teach people how to be completely debt free and financially independent. what we do is we just show people HOW MONEY WORKS. We give them what’s called a financial needs analysis which is just a fancy word for a plan. The financial plan is kind of like a GPS or a road map. So even though you know where you want to end up, you don’t just get in the car and start driving for the first time with out a map or a plan, am I right? Do you remember MAP QUEST? We used to print out pages and pages of directions and then try to follow them line by line while driving with no back up plan, crazy right? So why is it that we know people want to get out of debt faster, we know they want to retire earlier, we know they want more money in the bank, but they don’t have a written map or plan on how to do that, am I right? So that’s what we do and for that we charge a price that nobody ever complains about we do it for free. And they always think BS what’s the catch, am I right? I Just let them know, the catch is that we do everything that they’re already spending money on and if we can save them money with the same or better products that they would switch and pick us. And the other thing is because we don’t do any advertising that if they’re happy with us that they please tell some people. So obviously you would agree, having a plan is better than not having a plan am I right? Let’s be honest, best case scenario you’re able to come over here with us and make a couple thousand dollars a month from home around your own schedule. And worst case scenario, you were able to come on with us and get the financial licensing knowledge and information to help yourself. Wouldn’t that make sense? I always ask this question: On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being not at all and 10 being extremely, how much do you enjoy helping people? What we’re doing is HELPING families NOT SALES. So there are 3 different learning tracks to get you started working with us. The first one is like a referral partner. You don’t really do anything outside of getting your license. You ever want a new car and then you start seeing that exact type of car on the road everywhere?? so that’s what this would be.You would be a referral partner. I'm never going to cold call people and I would never ask you to cold call anyone either. You go get your state license and when you hear someone talking about insurance, mortgages, taxes, investments, kids college funds, debt… you send them our way. Then I would go help the client and I pay you $400 per referral. This way I don’t have to call anyone, you don’t have to do anything and most important the client gets helped. The second learning track is more like a spare time partner. 5-10 hours a week working around your own schedule shadowing me, smiling & nodding. So 5-10 hours a week you would be shadowing me smiling and nodding generally making $900-$1500 a month depending on how many hours you work? The 3rd track is more like part time, working 15-20 hours a week around your own schedule. You’re just doing more smiling, nodding & shadowing. 15 or 20 hours a week whenever you’re available. For that, you’re generally making around $2500-$3500 a month to start. We set up with your own website & email, your own secret agent number.. like 007 but way cooler and get you plugged in to all the licensing and all the training guides needed. We get back together in 48 hours and do your orientation. So the company actually pays for about $6,000 of licensing for you. There’s an insurance license and with that you’ll be able to do insurance… life, auto & home right away. There is investment licensing and now with the merger with Quicken loans you’re actually able to get your mortgage license as well. The company pays for ALL licensing for you. In the beginning they charge you a licensing deposit. It’s only $124… not $1000 like a real-estate license. What that does is it pays for your background check. That also pays for your website, your email, class materials and everything you actually need. Even the test itself, but the cool thing is once you actually complete the course And lastly I always tell everyone its a state license. Its yours FOREVER.
