Cuddler | Level 1 - Ambassador with minimum 10 Huggers | 20%
Basically someone who loves to hug all the time.
Dolphin | Level 2 - Team Manager with minimum 9 Cuddlers | 25%
The dolphin meanings are Peace and harmony, Protection, Playfulness and joy, Resurrection, Inner Strength and Cooperation.
Bear | Level 3 - Executive Manager with minimum 8 Dolphins | 30%
The primary meaning of the bear is strength and confidence, standing against adversity, taking action and leadership. The spirit of the bear indicates it’s time for healing or using healing abilities to help self or others. The spirit of the bear provides strong grounding forces.
Colibri | Level 4 - TOP Executive Manager with minimum 7 Bears | 34%
The Colibri - hummingbird - generally symbolizes joy and playfulness, as well as adaptability and Lightness of being, enjoyment of life, Being more present, Independence, Bringing playfulness and joy in your life, Lifting up negativity, Swiftness, ability to respond quickly, Resiliency, being able to travel great distances tirelessly.
Hawk | Level 5 - Director with minimum 6 Colibris | 38%

*MASTERS TEAM*
Anybody at whichever level who is brilliant at what s/he does can be selected at anytime by the Management of the Company to be part of the Masters Team.
S/He will grant the Company free rights to use all videos of their performances and as long as - their video is used by the Company or - they serve the Company by animating events, boot-camps or otherwise required by the Company.
The Masters Team is entitled to a SPECIAL 1% BONUS of the Global Effective
Revenue of the Company. Such 1% will be equally shared among the MASTERS.
*RETIREMENT*
Three cases are clearly distinguished and result in a differentiated treatment of the retiring intervener:
a) The retiring intervener handles his retirement in an orderly manner in the discretionary opinion of the Company. Such case result in a 20% of all commissions the intervener would get from his sales and lines if he was still active.
b) The retiring intervener handles his retirement in a messy manner or criticizes the Company in the discretionary opinion of the Company. Such case result in a 5% of all commissions the intervener would get from his sales and lines if he was still active.
c) The retiring intervener has committed a fraud or disparaged the Company in the discretionary opinion of the Company. Such case result in the immediate end of all compensations or remunerations the intervener was entitled to.

A minimum of 5% (five percent) of the revenues will go to: Cuddlings.CARE Foundation
